Ticket purchase and admission to EPF2026

1. How do I receive my ticket?
After purchase, you will receive your ticket as a PDF via email. Please also check your spam folder.
2. Does the ticket have to be personalised?
Yes. Our tickets are personalised and must be personalised with the name of the visitor.
3. Can I transfer the ticket to another person?
Our tickets are personalised. Transfer to third parties is not permitted. A change of person is only possible until 17 June 2026 and exclusively via our support team (contact form on the website). After that, no changes are possible.
4. Can I resell the ticket?
Resale is not permitted – especially not commercially or via platforms such as eBay or classified ad sites. Violations may result in the ticket being blocked.
5. Can I return my ticket?
No. Tickets cannot be returned.
6. What happens if the trade fair is cancelled?
In the event of cancellation, we will refund the ticket price.
7. What happens if the trade fair is postponed?
Tickets remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend on the alternative date, you can request a refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.
8. Is there a right of withdrawal?
No. There is no right of withdrawal for tickets to an event with a fixed date.
9. Can I print out the ticket or does it have to be shown on my mobile phone?
You can print out the ticket or show it digitally on your mobile phone – both are valid.
10. What happens if a ticket is lost?
If lost, the ticket cannot be replaced or refunded. Please keep your ticket safe.
11. What happens at the entrance?
The ticket will be scanned and validated at the entrance. Only the person named on the ticket is permitted to enter. Identification may be requested if necessary.
