Terms and Conditions 2026

1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the GTC, apply to contracts for the sale of e-tickets and registration codes for the EPF2026, Estrich Parkett Fliese Messe, hereinafter referred to as “Tickets”, between Service- und Verlagsgesellschaft des Bayerischen Baugewerbes GmbH, Bavariaring 31, 80336 Munich, registered in the commercial register of the Munich Local Court under HRB 3000, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’, and the purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’, via the online ticket shop on the event website www.epf-messe.de.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall not apply.
The contract shall be concluded exclusively in German.
2. Use of this website
By placing an order, the purchaser of tickets – hereinafter referred to as the Customer – accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Any deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall not apply. Use of the website is permitted exclusively for the purpose of purchasing tickets.
The use of robot, spider or other automated software for monitoring, duplicating or manipulating the website is prohibited.
The organiser reserves the right to take civil and criminal action in the event of misuse.
3. Contracting parties
The purchase of tickets establishes a contractual relationship exclusively between the customer and Service- und Verlagsgesellschaft des Bayerischen Baugewerbes GmbH.
4. Conclusion of contract
4.1 The presentation of tickets in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer.
4.2 By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected tickets.
4.3 The contract is only concluded upon receipt of the confirmation email and purchase confirmation.
4.4 The purchase confirmation contains the invoice. After conclusion of the contract, the tickets will be sent as a PDF file by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
5. Personalised tickets
If tickets are personalised, registration is required.
The registration code alone does not entitle the holder to admission. Only a properly personalised ticket entitles the holder to admission.
6. No right of withdrawal
When purchasing tickets for events with a fixed date, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
A voluntary right of return is not granted.
7. Return / Cancellation / Postponement
7.1 Purchased tickets cannot be returned.
7.2 If the event is cancelled, the ticket price paid will be refunded.
7.3 If the event is postponed, the tickets remain valid for the replacement date.
If it is unreasonable for the customer to attend on the alternative date, a refund may be requested within 14 days of notification of the new date.
7.4 Further claims, in particular compensation for futile expenses, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Prices and terms of payment
All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory value added tax.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
If a payment service provider is selected, its terms of payment shall apply in addition.
If a payment is charged back, the tickets will be automatically blocked.
The invoice is issued by Service- und Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, Bavariaring 31, 80336 Munich, VAT ID DE 129486385. The respective invoice is sent to the customer as a PDF file together with the confirmation message.
By ordering tickets, the customer declares their agreement to the invoice being created and sent unencrypted by electronic means. There is no entitlement to invoicing by means of an invoice document.

9. Transmission of tickets / resale restriction
9.1 Tickets will be sent by email in PDF format.
9.2 The customer is obliged to check the tickets immediately for correctness.
If it is unreasonable for the customer to attend on the alternative date, a refund may be requested within 14 days of notification of the new date.
7.4 Further claims, in particular compensation for futile expenses, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Transmission of tickets / resale restriction
9.1 Tickets will be sent by email in PDF format.
9.2 The customer is obliged to check the tickets immediately for correctness.
9.3 Tickets may not be reproduced or altered.
9.4 Tickets are personalised and must be personalised to the respective visitor.
9.5 Only the person named on the ticket is permitted to enter the event. The organiser is entitled to request proof of identity upon admission.
9.6 Tickets may only be transferred to third parties if they have been duly reissued in accordance with the procedure specified by the organiser.
9.7 The commercial resale of tickets is not permitted.
The organiser is entitled to block tickets in the event of violations of these regulations and to refuse admission to the event.
The single-use QR code will be electronically validated upon admission. Only the first ticket presented with a valid QR code entitles the holder to admission.
10. Admission / House rules
Admission is only possible with a valid ticket.
The organiser exercises house rules.
Admission checks may be carried out for security reasons.
Tickets should be kept in a safe place, like cash or conventional tickets, to prevent misuse. Service- und Verlagsgesellschaft mbH accepts no responsibility for lost and/or misused tickets.
11. Liability
The organiser is only liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence and injury to life, limb or health.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Otherwise, liability is excluded.
12. Technical availability
The organiser does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the website.
13. Dispute resolution for consumers
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

The organiser is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Place of jurisdiction / Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
